what the normal size for a basketball backboard?
because i want to install a basketball backboard net so how high does it have to be for 13 yr old
An official high school or college backboard measures 42" x 72". Any of our hoops that are in 300 series (P306A, P305A, P305S) have a 42" x 72" size backboard. Our other goals smaller backboards.

the width is a 72 inch backboard that should stand 10 feet above the ground if you want official nba sizes… otherwise you can get a smaller backboard, THE RIM is what should be standing 10 feet from the ground just to explain it a bit more in detail…
